Wednesday, July 9, 2025 – Meeting Held via Zoom
Call to Order: Harold Gault, President, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Directors and Property Manager Present: Harold Gault, Lisette de Pillis
Michael Hines & Tim Blek. Tom Telford was unable to attend. Jo Soderberg, Crown Property Management.
Homeowners Attending: Catherine de Cord, David Carlton, Mr. Asher, & William Langford.

MSC: (Lisette de Pillis/Gault to approve the July 2025 agenda. All in favor [4:0]
MSC: (Gault/Hines) to approve the July 2025 minutes. All in favor [4:0]
Treasurer’s Report
MSC: (Gault/Hines to receive and file the June 2025 financial. All in favor [4:0]

Old Business:
Crown Property Management presented all the payment options available for homeowners.
New Business:
MSC: (Lisette de Pillis/Blek to approve the following:
“Resolved: No residence (house and lot) within the Claraboya HOA may be leased, sublet, or otherwise rented out, in whole or in part, for any period less than 30 consecutive calendar days. Violations are subject to fines by the HOA Board of Directors, at the Boards discretion, in any amount not exceeding $200 per day of non-compliance.” All in favor [4:0]
