Welcome to the Claraboya Homeowners Association Website.  Here you will find your source for upcoming events, CC&R’s, announcements, newsletters, calendars of board meetings and more.

Claraboya is a community of some 200 private homes within the incorporated city limits of Claremont, ranked as the “5th Best City in the United States” by Money Magazine.  The city of Claremont boasts five colleges and two graduate institutes, an award-winning and enviable public school district, its own 1,620-acre wilderness park, a thriving village of art galleries, museums, theaters, unique pubs and eateries, music halls, boutiques, public transportation including the expanding Los Angeles Metro rail for commuters, the renown Rancho Botanical Gardens, serene and green parks scattered throughout the City including historic Memorial Park, which is home to the landmark Bank Shell for summer concerts.

Claraboya has had an active, on-going Home Owners Association with strict architectural and residential CC&R’s that have protected homeowners’ property rights, views and quality of life for over 40 years.
